Responsibilities
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
  • Process group reservations: Coordinate group booking details, including rooming lists, suites, event resumes, and billing requirements.
  • Ensure seamless communication: Act as a liaison to verify and relay reservation information between internal and external stakeholders, including meeting planners, housing bureaus, convention teams, and the front office
  • Provide exceptional customer service: Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from clients, guests, and team members
  • Support special projects: Assist with coordinating departmental initiatives or ad-hoc assignments
  • Provide administrative support: Assist department managers with clerical work such as word processing, data entry, filing, and copying
