Established and highly regarded mid-sized family law firm with multiple offices throughout the Raleigh, North Carolina area is seeking an experienced family law attorney to join their growing practice. The firm has built an excellent reputation for providing high-quality legal representation and compassionate client service across a broad range of family law matters. The firm is seeking an attorney with at least 2 years of family law experience who is looking to grow their career within a collaborative and respected legal team. Attorneys at the firm handle a diverse caseload while receiving strong administrative and legal support.Responsibilities
  • Manage family law cases from intake through resolution
  • Handle matters involving divorce, custody, support, adoption, and related family law issues
  • Draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and other legal documents
  • Attend court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
  • Conduct legal research and case strategy development
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
  • Provide compassionate and strategic legal guidance throughout the legal process
Qualifications
  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Licensed and in good standing with the North Carolina Bar
  • Minimum of 2 years of direct family law experience required
