Prominient southeastern law firm is seeking an associate attorney with 3 years transactional experience to join its' Raleigh office.  

The choice candidate will have experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts:

  •  supply and distribution agreements,
  • consulting agreements,
  • IT/IP contracts,
  • software licenses,
  • and other general transactional matters.  

intellectual property experience preferred

Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills required.

Qualified candidates will be required to provide additional documentation.
