Job description

Summary:
 
Responsible for safely and efficiently performing Civil/Electrical duties at the project site.
 
Requirements:      
  • Follows safety and security procedures and determines appropriate action.  Reports potentially unsafe conditions and uses materials and equipment properly.
  • Assist operators to drive piles to provide support for solar arrays/panels
  • Ability to measure and "spot" equipment
  • Review project plans and drawings and ensure that the project is built according to design
  • Communicate job information to important parties
  • Operates all equipment in a safe manner and efficient working practices
  • Maintain tools and equipment; perform safety checks
  • Clean equipment as required 
Qualifications:   
  • Must be able to provide a resume
  • Must have experience with pile driving(recent rigging/groundsman experience)
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • The position requires the unrestricted use of hands, arms, shoulders, upper/lower back, visual acuity, depth, and color perception
  • Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency
  • Minimum age 18
  • Provide personal transportation to and from the job site
  • Proof of Identity and Employment Authorization
  • Must pass 10 panel drug screen and background check

Occasionally: Carrying, climbing, crouching, grasping, gripping, handling, kneeling, pinching, pulling, pushing, lifting, reaching, and stooping are required.   
Frequently: Standing and walking is required.     
Constantly: Reading, vision, repetitive motions, and sitting are required.   
Exposed to occasional extreme cold, extreme heat, humidity, wet, noise, hazards and vibration in the working environment.
