Job description

Overview
This is a senior executive level position with a direct report to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of FSG. The Vice President (VP) is responsible for overseeing multiple operating companies (OpCos) as defined by the Corporate Organizational Chart. The VP supervises assigned market Vice Presidents (VP) and is responsible to support, facilitate, coordinate, and assist their overall operations with the objective of making each OpCo successful.
Responsibilities
  • Ultimate owner of P&L responsibility for all assigned OpCos
  • Oversee development of annual budgets and revenue projections by market VPs
  • In coordination with the other EVPs establish standard processes and reporting amongst all similar business units.
  • Share best practices among assigned OpCos and throughout FSG
  • Promote a safety-first culture.
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize risks, followed by coordinated and economical application of resources to minimize, monitor, and control the probability or impact of those risks
  • Support OpCo VPs in their efforts to streamline operations focusing on eliminating redundancy and unnecessary cost

Responsible for overall organizational cohesion within assigned OpCos:
  • Support subordinate OpCo leaders as they ensure the application and adoption of the FSG Culture, Vision and Mission Statement
  • Work with OpCo leaders to establish a healthy and productive working environment
  • Ensure implementation of the FSG Corporate mentorship program and culture designed to develop the next generation of FSG leaders
  • Ensure implementation of the FSG Corporate programs that identify, on-board, train, and retain a high quality, professional team
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with all FSG Corporate directives, policies, and procedures

Responsible for overall business growth:
  • Support and facilitate sales growth
  • Coordinate with the executive board for approval of any geographic expansion or acquisition initiatives

Participate as a member of the Executive Board of Directors and fulfill the responsibilities associated with this role
