In dieser Rolle agieren Sie als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereichen, Produktverantwortlichen und dem Entwicklungsteam und begleiten Projekte uber den gesamten Anforderungslebenszyklus hinweg - von der Analyse bis zur Qualitatssicherung.

Ihre Aufgaben
Erhebung, Analyse, Validierung und Dokumentation funktionaler und nicht-funktionaler Anforderungen
Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern unterschiedlicher Fachbereiche zur Losungsfindung
Erstellung von User Stories und Anforderungen nach etablierten Standards und Best Practices (z.?B. IREB)
Modellierung und Beschreibung von Anforderungen mittels standardisierter Methoden (z.?B. UML, BPMN, Satzschablonen, GUI-Mockups)

Moderation von Workshops und Prasentationen zur Anforderungserhebung und Abstimmung
Ihr Profil
Entweder: Abgeschlossene EDV-orientierte Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Universitat oder gleichwertig) und mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Beratungs- und IT-Branche
Oder: Mindestens 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Beratungs- und IT-Branche
Zusatzlich wunschenswert:
Zertifizierung im Requirements Engineering (z.?B. IREB CPRE) von Vorteil
Praktische Erfahrung mit agilen Frameworks (z.?B. Scrum, SAFe)
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Erstellung von User Stories und Use Cases
