About the Role
As a Sales Executive, you will take full ownership of the sales cycle-from prospecting and lead generation to closing. This is a hunter role focused on securing new business through outbound prospecting, training-based lead development, and self-sourced opportunities. You will be responsible for building your own book of business by leveraging provided training, tools, and resources. Once closed, accounts are transitioned to our Client Success Team, allowing you to stay focused on new revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate and close new business through proactive outbound efforts and self-sourced leads.
  • Leverage provided training to identify, engage, and convert high-value prospects.
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations to uncover client needs and present Reputation Defender's solutions.
  • Deliver compelling product demos that highlight service benefits and align with client objectives.
  • Build a referral network and nurture relationships to expand the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions to Client Success post-sale, allowing you to focus on hunting and closing new business.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data, forecasts, and progress reports within Salesforce.

About you:
  • 2-4 years of B2C outbound cold calling and full sales cycle experience.
  • Experience in high-value consumer sales or consultative sales roles.
  • Demonstrated success generating leads and closing deals without pre-existing accounts.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and establish rapport quickly.
  • Self-starter mentality with the drive to build and manage your own pipeline.
  • Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, or similar sales technologies (preferred)..
