Job description

Service Repair Coordinator

Sweetwater, the nation's #1 online retailer of pro audio & musical instruments, is seeking a Service Repair Coordinator who will be responsible for assisting with service repair administrative duties and will also assist in other areas indirectly related to customer repair traffic. This role is the liaison between Sweetwater customers and our Service team, as the face of the Sweetwater Service Department, must understand what it means to provide the "Sweetwater Difference" with every customer interaction. This would include a broad overview of the gear Sweetwater sells to inform and maintain customer relationships.

Shift: First shift 8am to 5pm M-F

Responsibilities:

  • Investigating and replying to internal and external repair status inquiries by relaying repair information back to customers.
  • Providing estimates on repairs to customers as provided by in-house technicians.
  • Following up with manufacturers regarding delays with parts orders.
  • Contacting customers to process payment and outbound shipping of completed repairs.
  • Any other Service Department repair related duties.
  • Coordinating repairs bound for manufacturer service centers by acting as a liaison between manufacturer and customer.

Qualifications:

  • General overview of the gear that we sell and service: PA systems, keyboards, amplifiers, stage gear, etc
  • Willingness to perform other service-related administrative duties
  • Understanding of how spreadsheets work to generate reports
