Job Title: Repack Specialist 

Reports To: Inbound Supervisor 

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt 

Classification: Full-time 

Job Summary: 

The Repack Specialist will have a wide range of responsibilities from documenting products in the network to managing code dates of the product in the repack system to repacking damaged products and product casing. 

Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Follows directions accurately, consistently, and safely. 
  • Correctly identifying and receiving cases of product into inventory locations, using various warehouse equipment.   
  • Repacking all damaged products. 
  • Managing code dates of all products in Repack Room.  
  • Building Repack Care Kits for Sales and Delivery Teams. 
  • Ensuring the Repack Workstation is always clean.  
  • Managing all Repack Materials. 
  • Documenting all items damaged or repacked.  
  • Returning all repacked items to the Warehouse Pick Floor.  
  • Ordering Repack material from suppliers.  
  • Repacking bottles of product into special packages for special promotional programs.  
  • Cooperate with supervisors and peers.  
  • Performs other duties as assigned. 

Required Skills/Abilities: 

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Monday through Thursday.  
  • Start and end times are subject to change and determined by workload.  
  • Punctual and dependable. 

Education/Experience: 

  • High School graduate or GED. 
  • OSHA Certified preferred. 

Physical Requirements: 

  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.   
  • Walking, standing, pushing, pulling, and lifting, frequently.
