Job description

Position Summary:
These are rotating positions working in all Value-Added (VA) Department throughout ICCS
Currently - Repack Support, Case Pickers, Layer Pickers and other VA needs
Work Hours Available:
12 Hrs. Day Shift - 5:00 am - 5:00 pm *** Rotating Shift, Work Every other Weekend ***
12 Hrs. Night Shift - 5:00 pm - 5:00 am *** Rotating Shift, Work Every other Weekend ***
Compensation: $20.00 to $24.00 / hour
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Order fulfillment duties for Client and other value-added customers:
    • Repack department: staging, organizing, labeling, and stacking for support of Able Solutions Services; including packaging and auxiliary supplies
    • Case and/or Layer: picking, labeling, wrapping, and organizing products
  • Check and count freight for accuracy and/or damage. Take inventory as needed
  • Report faulty equipment, damage to racks, and other safety hazards to Supervisor
  • Clear work area of loose wood and plastic, sweep area as needed
  • Promote a safe work environment through personal actions
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
  • Overall good attendance record and willingness to be adaptable
  • Training will be provided for all tasks
  • Safety, Quality, and Inventory Accuracy Minded
  • Willingness to learn and rotate between varied departments and duties as needed
  • Strong teamwork and organization skills
  • Must be able to work overtime, days and/or evenings, and weekends
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to pay close attention to details and meet deadlines

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
  • Ability to work in varied departments
  • Ability to lift (stack) case weight between 7 to 35 pounds repeatedly
  • Ability to continuously bend and stoop to stack pallets
  • Ability to read and write and basic math skills
  • Comfortable with computer-based systems (Blue Yonder)
  • Ability to drive a Forklift in tight spaces.
