Warehouse Repack Associate (Damaged Room Attendant)

Job Summary

The Warehouse Repack Associate specializes in inspecting, cleaning, and repackaging damaged beverage or liquid inventory. This fast-paced role ensures that scuffed, leaked, or damaged product cases are salvaged and safely rebuilt into pristine retail cases for profitable resale.




Shift Information & Schedules

  • Day Shift: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

We offer the ability to be flexible with this shift start / end time.




Key Responsibilities

  • Inspection: Evaluate returned, damaged cases to separate fully intact bottles and cans from completely broken inventory.

  • Sorting: Categorize salvageable items by brand, flavor, and package type to prepare them for rebuilding.

  • Sanitation: Wash and dry sticky or dirty containers manually or using warehouse washing equipment to meet presentation standards.

  • Repackaging: Pack clean, undamaged items into fresh cases or trays according to exact configuration guidelines.

  • Quality Control: Ensure all rebuilt resale cases are clean, accurately labeled, securely sealed, and free of any leaking products.

  • Production Focus: Maintain high efficiency and speed to meet daily target goals for recovered resale inventory.

  • Safety & Housekeeping: Maintain a clean work

  • zone by safely disposing of crushed aluminum, shattered glass, and leaked liquids.




Requirements and Qualifications

  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift).

  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs regularly and perform repetitive bending, twisting, and reaching.

  • Speed and Accuracy: Proven ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced production environment.

  • Attention to Detail: Keen eye for identifying hairline cracks, micro-leaks, or compromised product seals during sorting.

  • Work Ethic: Self-motivated individual who can work independently with minimal direct supervision.
