Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
Job Type: Temp-to-Perm
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Opportunity
Qualified Staffing is currently seeking a dependable and motivated Shipping Associate for a growing warehouse operation in Prince George, VA. This position is ideal for someone with previous shipping and warehouse experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and efficiency.
This is a full-time temp-to-perm opportunity offering consistent hours and the potential for long-term employment with a stable company.
What You'll Do
  • Process outgoing customer orders using FedEx and UPS shipping systems
  • Prepare shipments by labeling packages and completing shipping documentation
  • Build pallets, stack products securely, and apply shrink wrap for transport
  • Load, move, and organize packages and materials throughout the warehouse
  • Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP software to track and manage shipments
  • Verify shipment accuracy and maintain organized records
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shipping area
  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
  • Wear required steel-toed safety boots while working in the warehouse
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
  • Previous shipping or warehouse experience required
  • Experience using FedEx and UPS shipping platforms
  • Ability to build and shrink wrap pallets safely and efficiently
  • Comfortable lifting and moving up to 40 lbs throughout the shift
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn shipping software systems
