Who We Want:

Repack team members support production and customer requirements by repacking product from storage container into customer finished goods containers. Team members follow procedures to ensure that customer quality, packaging and labeling requirements are met.

What You'll Do:

  • Repack various parts into different containers.
  • Print and label new containers via Plex.
  • Complete one part number at a time.
  • Communicate with supervision on daily objectives and repack requirements.
  • Demonstrate proper lifting techniques.
  • Understand and follows plant rules including proper dress, hair and cell phone usage.

When and Where:

This will be a 1st Shift / 6AM-430PM M-THposition located at ourPlant in Cusseta, AL.

Occasionally, this may require you to arrive early, stay late, or work on weekends, outside of our regular hours, to ensure we successfully meet customer needs, deadlines, or urgent requests.

What You Need to Have:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English at a level sufficient to safely and effectively perform job duties, including following work instructions, safety procedures, and company communications.
  • Has high standards of performance for self.
  • Takes responsibility for actions, results, and mistakes.
  • Is thorough, accurate, and reliable when performing and completing job tasks; demonstrates honesty and integrity in all aspects of work.
