Job description

Snelling is hiring Repack Associates for a great manufacturing opportunity in the Moody area. We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment and take pride in quality, accuracy, and teamwork. As a Repack Associate, you will be responsible for inspecting, sorting, repackaging, and preparing automotive components for shipment while following safety and quality standards.
 
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 am-2:30 pm
Pay: $17.00hr, to start
 
Responsibilities of Repack Associates:
  • Repack and organize automotive components according to customer specifications.
  • Inspect parts for quality, accuracy, and defects before shipment.
  • Label, sort, and prepare products for distribution.
  • Perform counting and verification of materials to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety standards.
  • Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials as needed.
  • Follow production, safety, and quality procedures.
  • Meet daily production goals while maintaining attention to detail.
 
Qualifications Required for Repack Associates:
  • 2-3 years warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Forklift or material handling experience is a plus.
