About the job
Reporting to the Production Manager, the Chemical Packaging Technician is a part of the Production team and is responsible for the repackaging of bulk chemicals while following strict policies and procedures. The Chemical Packaging Technician will work in a controlled environment while wearing the appropriate personal protective equipment.
Basic Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Accurately packages bulk chemicals per work order instruction.
  • Properly uses and wears all required personal protective equipment.
  • Accurately maintains all required records, logs, and documentation.
  • Properly uses care and calibrates all repackaging equipment.
  • Cleans the clean rooms throughout the workday and participates in end of shift clean up.
  • Meets daily production requirements.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
  • All work duties must be performed in strict compliance with standard operating procedures.
  • All other duties as assigned by management
