Job description

Join our construction and renovation team as a Construction/Renovation Laborer!

The sky’s the limit on what you can make, depending on skill level and knowledge.

Looking for laborers to work alongside me or one of my other guys, and possible contract work to someone i know is skilled in certain things.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction projects, mostly remodeling homes with different types of projects and the occasional deck build.

As a vital team member, you'll be engaged in physically demanding yet rewarding tasks, ensuring quality craftsmanship and safety at every step. We believe in paying all our hardworking team members fairly for their work, fostering a positive environment where your skills grow and higher pay

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the installation of building materials, including flooring, tile, drywall, deck framing, and trim carpentry.
  • Operate hand tools, and power tools safely to support various construction activities.
  • Perform demolition, remodeling, restoration work, and construction projects with precision and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site by properly storing materials and disposing of debris in accordance with safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • Prior construction experience or hands-on work in building sites or renovation projects is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with using hand tools, power tools.
  • Knowledge of various construction trades.
  • Outdoor work experience preferred; ability to work in different weather conditions is necessary.
