Job description

Pool Construction and Renovation Specialist: Construct new swimming pools and

remodel existing ones, handling tasks such as excavation, plumbing, tile installation, re-

plastering, and equipment upgrades. This hands-on, field-based role requires expertise

in construction, attention to detail, and the ability to work outdoors, ensuring high-

quality finishes and structural integrity.

Key Responsibilities

 Construction & Demolition: Execute demolition, excavation, plumbing, tile,

concrete and finish work to prepare for new pool construction.

 Renovation & Remodeling: Create and upgrade existing pool structures and

features. Identify and fix cracks, leaks, and shell damage in concrete, vinyl, or

fiberglass pools.

 Equipment Installation: Install or repair pool equipment, including pumps, filters,

heaters, automation controls, and lighting.

 Site Management: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site, adhering to all

health and safety regulations.

 Collaborate: Work with supervisors and other team members to meet client

deadlines. Follow project instructions and design plans accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

 Experience: Previous construction experience is usually required, with

specialized knowledge in pool-specific trades.

 Skills: Proficiency in using power tools, plumbing, and concrete work.

 Physical Stamina: Ability to perform heavy manual labor outdoors, in varying

weather conditions. Including heat. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks

such as lifting, digging, bending and standing for long periods.

 Strengths: Self-starter who can follow instructions and complete work

independently, reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.

 Licenses: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are generally

required.
