Job description

The Tower Remodel Laborer is responsible for supporting the engineering department and/or sub-contractors during remodel or renovation projects.

Duties:

  • General labor work.
  • Deliver materials to worksites and dispose of materials when necessary.
  • Store items properly throughout property.
  • Assess areas and determine if any repair or upkeep is necessary.
  • Maintain a constant awareness of safety problems and fix and report unsafe conditions to management.

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to obtain an OSHA 10 certification.
  • Experience in labor/remodel work preferred.
  • Be organized, flexible and able to handle multiple priorities and deadline pressures.
  • Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
