Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer – Renewable Energy Project Manager to lead renewable energy projects across Arizona. This role is responsible for managing projects from planning and permitting through design, construction, and commissioning, while supporting business development and client relationships.


Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, schedule, and manage renewable energy projects and portfolios
  • Prepare technical reports, studies, and secure permits and approvals
  • Develop and evaluate plans for utility-scale and distributed generation projects
  • Coordinate engineers, designers, surveyors, and consultants
  • Support municipal and state approval processes
  • Oversee projects through construction and commissioning phases
  • Participate in client development, marketing, and proposal writing
  • Present at public meetings and industry events
  • Supervise and mentor junior and mid-level staff
  • Travel to project sites and conferences as required

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
  • 8+ years of civil engineering experience
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
  • Experience managing renewable energy projects (preferred)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to lead projects from planning through construction
  • Experience with municipal and state approval processes
