Job description

Renault Winery & Resort| A VIVAMEE Hospitality Signature Collection

Renault Winery & Resort is a historic and thriving destination in Egg Harbor City, New Jersey, known for its vineyards, culinary experiences, weddings, and resort offerings. As part of VIVAMEE Hospitality, Renault blends tradition with modern hospitality to create memorable guest experiences across its expansive grounds.

At VIVAMEE Hospitality, our culture is grounded in our core virtues:

  • JOY - We genuinely enjoy serving others and winning together as a team
  • HUMILITY - We respect and uplift one another, always willing to learn and support
  • MINISTRY - We view hospitality as a meaningful act of service, creating transformative guest experiences

We hire, develop, and recognize team members based on these values. Candidates who are inspired to grow within these virtues will thrive in our organization.

Position Overview

VIVAMEE Hospitality is seeking a results-driven Wedding Weekend Sales Manager to lead sales efforts for our full-weekend wedding packages and convert prospective couples into booked events. This role owns the complete sales cycle for multi-day wedding weekends - from welcome events through ceremony, reception, and farewell brunch - including inbound inquiry management, venue tours, guest room block strategy, proposal development, contract negotiation, and achievement of established sales goals.

The ideal candidate is a hospitality-focused sales professional with a specific track record in wedding weekend or destination wedding sales, strong relationship-building skills, experience managing a multi-day event sales pipeline, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences across an entire weekend, not just a single event day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full wedding weekend sales cycle from inquiry to signed contract, including all associated weekend events (welcome gathering, rehearsal dinner, ceremony/reception, farewell brunch).
  • Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone, email, text, and online channels.
  • Qualify prospects through discovery conversations to understand event needs, guest counts, budgets, and timelines across the full wedding weekend arc.
  • Conduct personalized property tours and sales presentations that showcase the resort's wedding weekend packages and multi-day guest experience.
  • Structure and sell multi-night guest room blocks, manage rooming lists, and advise clients on minimum-night-stay and buyout requirements.
  • Prepare customized proposals, pricing, and contracts covering all weekend components - accommodations, food and beverage, event spaces, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurate CRM records for all wedding weekend prospects and bookings.
  • Follow up consistently with prospective clients to maximize conversion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with operations, culinary, event, and front office teams to ensure a seamless client experience across every day of the wedding weekend.
  • Participate in wedding expos, networking events, open houses, and property showcases.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual wedding weekend sales goals.
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of sales experience specifically in wedding weekend, destination wedding, or multi-day event sales at hotels, resorts, or comparable venues.
  • Demonstrated success achieving sales targets and closing multi-day, multi-component bookings.
  • Experience managing guest room blocks, rooming lists, and multi-night stay logistics.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience managing multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and flexible schedules as needed - including on-site presence during booked wedding weekends.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary: $45,000 base plus commission
  • Growth opportunities within VIVAMEE Hospitality
  • Collaborative and values-driven culture
  • Opportunity to work in a unique, high-end event environment
  • Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k)
