Position Overview
The Valet/Bellperson is responsible for creating exceptional first and last impressions by providing warm, personalized, and anticipatory service to every guest. This role welcomes guests upon arrival, safely parks and retrieves vehicles, assists with luggage, escorts guests to their accommodations, provides information about the resort, and supports seamless departures. The Valet/Bellperson serves as a knowledgeable ambassador of the property while consistently delivering Forbes Five-Star service standards.
Bell Services - Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests with a professional, friendly demeanor
  • Assist with luggage handling, including transport, delivery, storage, and retrieval
  • Escort guests to rooms and provide orientation on amenities and room features
  • Coordinate with Front Desk on room readiness and guest arrivals
  • Maintain accurate luggage tracking and storage procedures
  • Assist with package handling and special delivery requests
  • Provide directions, local recommendations, and resort information
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and anticipate service needs
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment

Valet Services - Key Responsibilities
  • Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely manner
  • Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and report any existing damage when required
  • Maintain security and organization of vehicle keys and valet staging areas
  • Follow all safety and operational procedures when handling guest vehicles
  • Assist guests with arrival and departure, including vehicle access and luggage support
  • Coordinate efficiently with team members during peak arrival/departure times
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of valet areas
  • Provide courteous, professional service and assist with guest inquiries as needed

Qualifications
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
