About the Role:
Join Homco Renaissance Inc as a Senior Mechanical Commissioning Engineer, (SMCE), specializing in Mission Critical and Hyperscale projects. In this dynamic role, you will lead the commissioning process for cutting-edge data centers, ensuring optimal performance and reliability in a fast-paced environment.  SMCE is expected to grow current client relationships as well as develop new opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead mechanical commissioning activities for Mission Critical and Hyperscale facilities.
  • Develop and execute commissioning plans, functional testing scripts, schedules, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure compliance with design specifications and standards.
  • Conduct performance testing and system validations for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
  • Identify and resolve issues during the commissioning process to meet project deadlines.
  • Provide training and support to facility operations staff on system functionalities.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns throughout the commissioning phase.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance commissioning methodologies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in leading mechanical commissioning efforts for Mission Critical facilities.
  • Commissioning Certification strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing design.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in commissioning software and tools.
