The Maintenance Engineer will play a key role in ensuring the overall functionality, safety, and appearance of the property. This position requires the ability to work independently, accurately diagnose issues, and complete repairs with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform quarterly preventative maintenance in all guest rooms

  • Conduct major mechanical inspections and complete necessary repairs

  • Maintain hotel equipment and support routine building upkeep

  • Assist with exterior maintenance and general property appearance

  • Support the hotel's risk‑management and safety programs

  • Monitor and coordinate work performed by outside contractors
