Responsibilities- Manage a commercial book of business (nonprofit, religious, small business)
- Support producer with policy servicing, renewals, endorsements, COIs
- Build strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers
- Handle policy marketing, quoting, proposal prep, and client communication
- Provide top-tier customer service and issue resolution
- Maintain CRM documentation and ensure compliance with regulations
Requirements- 10+ years current commercial insurance account management experience including developing account submissions and proposals as well as processing endorsements (required)
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required)
- Experience with carriers like Travelers, Hartford, Selective, Liberty, GuideOne, Glatfelter (preferred)
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and passion for helping others
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
