Responsibilities
  • Manage a commercial book of business (nonprofit, religious, small business)
  • Support producer with policy servicing, renewals, endorsements, COIs
  • Build strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers
  • Handle policy marketing, quoting, proposal prep, and client communication
  • Provide top-tier customer service and issue resolution
  • Maintain CRM documentation and ensure compliance with regulations

Requirements
  • 10+ years current commercial insurance account management experience including developing account submissions and proposals as well as processing endorsements (required)
  • Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required)
  • Experience with carriers like Travelers, Hartford, Selective, Liberty, GuideOne, Glatfelter (preferred)
  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and passion for helping others
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
