Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to inform treatment plans.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, enhancing their coping skills and emotional well-being.
  • Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client outcomes, engaging with healthcare providers, educators, and other stakeholders as necessary.
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance and confidentiality.
  • Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, training sessions, and pursuing additional certifications to stay current with advancements in mental health research.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role serves a diverse population, including youth, families, and adults facing a range of mental health challenges. Your work will focus on providing compassionate care to those experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. The ideal candidate will foster a therapeutic relationship that empowers clients to pursue their mental health goals.

Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
  • Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
  • A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally within a clinical setting, demonstrating your expertise in therapeutic practices.
  • A solid understanding of legal and ethical standards related to mental health practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, adept at establishing rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation for this role ranges between USD 70,000 and 110,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
