Technology Program Manager III (Salesforce)Location- RemotePosition Summary

The Technology Program Manager III (Salesforce) is responsible for leading and managing complex Salesforce technology programs and initiatives that support business objectives. This role coordinates cross-functional teams, oversees project delivery, manages risks and dependencies, and ensures successful implementation of Salesforce solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce-related programs and projects.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, and vendors to define program objectives and requirements.
  • Develop and manage program plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Track project milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure alignment of Salesforce initiatives with business goals and technology roadmaps.
  • Facilitate governance processes, status reporting, and executive communications.
  • Coordinate multiple workstreams, releases, and change management activities.
  • Monitor program performance using key metrics and drive continuous improvement.
  • Support Salesforce platform enhancements, integrations, and adoption initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security requirements, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform integrations.
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
