Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments for clients, identifying their specific mental health needs and tailoring appropriate treatment plans.
  • Maintain clear communication with supervisors, clinical staff, family members, and other stakeholders to provide updates on client progress and coordinate care strategies.
  • Schedule and conduct appointments, home visits, and follow-up observations to ensure continuity of care and support.
  • Organize and lead training sessions to ensure team members are proficient in program implementation and documentation.
  • Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing to collaborative discussions on client care and program improvement.
  • Write detailed monthly and quarterly progress notes to track client wellness and treatment efficacy.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and the broader mental health community, advocating for their needs and aiding in the development of their care plans.
  • Analyze data from client interactions to develop and refine training materials and procedures aimed at improving therapy outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will engage with a diverse client population, including adults, youth, couples, and families. The focus will be on addressing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • An active and unrestricted license to practice as a Clinical Professional Counselor in Maryland.

  • A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards within the mental health profession.
