• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to gauge their mental health and emotional states, utilizing appropriate diagnostic tools and methods.
• Craft and implement personalized treatment plans, ensuring they align with each client's unique needs and therapeutic goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual counseling, family therapy, and group sessions, while maintaining a client-centered approach.
• Monitor client progress on a regular basis, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to promote optimal outcomes.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support, developing safety plans and connecting clients with additional resources when required.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in accordance with legal requirements, ethical standards, and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to facilitate comprehensive care tailored to each client.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training opportunities and supervision, staying informed about the latest trends in mental health treatment.
• Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines and practice standards set forth by the relevant licensing boards and mental health organizations.

Your role will predominantly focus on children, adolescents, and families facing various mental health challenges. Clients may present with issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, and trauma-related disorders. Your ability to build rapport and employ age-appropriate interventions will be crucial in fostering healing and resilience.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Counselor, such as LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.
• Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic skills applicable to diverse age groups.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering a strong therapeutic alliance with clients.
