We're growing, and we're currently looking for a Production Specialist to join us.

About the role

As a Production Specialist at Reachdesk, you will work directly with our Swag Sourcing team to coordinate the sourcing, ordering and delivering of personalized Swag to some of the largest businesses across the globe. You will be responsible for making sure Swag matches client expectations through getting proofs and approvals and you will be responsible for working with our manufacturers to ensure these items arrive on time. You will work directly under our Project Lead and learn how to fully own the procurement process through him. The ideal candidate is a well organized coordinator who enjoys working independently and as part of a team. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are solutions-oriented, and have a passion for startups and growing a business in a new market.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with our Project Lead on the end to end process of sourcing swag, from generating personalized products to delivering these goods directly to Reachdesk's 1000's of global clients.
  • Support the build and presentation of client proposals alongside the Project Lead.
  • Provide regular customer updates on order process to build trust and drive repeat orders.
  • Coordinate orders across multiple vendors, crosschecking against POs to ensure pricing, shipping and decoration information is correct.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to create proofs, ensuring these receive client approval.
  • Obtain and confirm shipping dates from suppliers.
  • Fulfilling product delivery by building shipping notices, scheduling delivery dates and coordinating with our suppliers.
  • Liaising with couriers to ensure timely delivery and providing customs paperwork.
  • Assign tracking numbers and share key information with clients; confirm delivery and check-in to our warehouses or directly to the client.
  • Mange order details and billing throughout production to ensure order accuracy.
  • Problem solve directly with the Project Lead in order to meet key SLAs.
  • Assist with gathering Fedex bills post delivery completion.

About You 

  • 2 years or more in the branded merchandise industry.
  • Expertise using CommonSKU, Hoops, MPower Promo, or other promotional product softwares.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Affinity Designer, or other vector artwork softwares.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot or other sales CRM platforms.
  • Background in creating personalized or printed hard goods and apparel.
  • A strong understanding of design principles and ability to communicate these to clients.
  • A natural ability to prioritize multiple streams of work across both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Comfort in a client facing role presenting your ideas, driving projects to completion, and reviewing outcomes.

Compensation is based on standardized salary ranges by role, level, and location, benchmarked against similar-sized companies. Final offers are determined by a combination of experience, skills, and role fit, and may vary from the listed range.
