We're looking for a Dayforce HCM (HR/Payroll) System Consultant to join our growing team. You'll be the trusted partner who helps clients unlock the full potential of Dayforce. This role is designed for a creative, collaborative, Dayforce-savvy professional who excels at guiding solutions and communicating effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
What You'll Do:
  • Lead clients through the full Dayforce implementation lifecycle-from discovery workshops and requirements gathering to configuration, testing, training, and go-live.
  • Configure and optimize Dayforce Payroll using best practices and tools.
  • Partner with client stakeholders to align processes, reduce complexity, and ensure compliance.
  • Facilitate engaging client workshops that bring solutions to life.
  • Lead testing, payroll balancing, and cutover activities to ensure a smooth launch.
  • Provide post-go-live support and knowledge transfer, empowering clients to succeed long after the project wraps.
  • Share insights, mentor teammates, and contribute to building our collective Dayforce expertise.

What You Bring:
  • 2+ years of Dayforce implementation experience in Payroll.
  • 3+ years of HCM systems experience in consulting, HRIS, or related fields.
  • Strong skills in business process mapping, testing, and system configuration.
  • Excellent communicator-able to lead workshops, build trust with clients, and explain complex concepts simply.
  • Tech-savvy and detail-oriented; experience with SaaS HR systems (UKG) is a plus.
  • Dayforce certification is a bonus, but not required-we value experience and passion.
