• Conduct detailed initial assessments to determine clients' mental health needs, establishing tailored treatment plans aimed at enhancing their quality of life.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to provide individual and group therapy sessions.
• Facilitate online psychoeducational groups and support networks for clients struggling with common mental health challenges, fostering an environment of shared experience and recovery.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to coordinate comprehensive and holistic care, ensuring clients receive the support they need.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support, employing de-escalation techniques to stabilize clients in distress.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate electronic health records (EHR) that adhere to HIPAA guidelines and ethical standards, ensuring clients’ confidentiality is upheld.
• Engage in regular supervision, case consultations, and professional development to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on industry advancements.

You will serve a diverse population of clients, including individuals and families from various backgrounds and cultures, each with unique experiences and mental health challenges. Our practice aims to create a safe and inclusive space where clients feel comfortable sharing their concerns, enabling effective treatment and recovery.

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current licensure as an Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist in Washington State.
• Comprehensive understanding of various mental health disorders and the latest therapeutic interventions.
• Strong skills in conducting mental health evaluations and developing effective, individualized treatment plans.
• Experience providing therapy to clients from diverse backgrounds with varying mental health needs.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with a knack for building rapport with clients.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, particularly in outpatient therapy.
• Previous experience within a telehealth environment, demonstrating familiarity with online counseling techniques and challenges.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high caseload while maintaining exceptional care standards.
