In this full-time telehealth position, you will provide high-quality mental health services to clients virtually, ensuring that those in need can receive support regardless of their location. Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate online psychoeducational groups and support networks for clients struggling with common mental health challenges, fostering an environment of shared experience and recovery.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to coordinate comprehensive and holistic care, ensuring clients receive the support they need.
  • Provide immediate crisis intervention and support, employing de-escalation techniques to stabilize clients in distress.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate electronic health records (EHR) that adhere to HIPAA guidelines and ethical standards, ensuring clientsโ€™ confidentiality is upheld.
  • Engage in regular supervision, case consultations, and professional development to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on industry advancements.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will serve a diverse population of clients, including individuals and families from various backgrounds and cultures, each with unique experiences and mental health challenges. Qualifications
  • Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Current licensure as an Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist in Washington State.
  • Comprehensive understanding of various mental health disorders and the latest therapeutic interventions.
  • Strong skills in conducting mental health evaluations and developing effective, individualized treatment plans.
  • Experience providing therapy to clients from diverse backgrounds with varying mental health needs.
