This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining a professional and supportive virtual environment. Our outpatient setting utilizes telehealth technology to connect counselors with clients, creating a convenient and effective means of delivering mental health services. You will engage in one-on-one video chat sessions with clients, ensuring they receive personalized attention in a confidential space.

• Conduct thorough video conferencing sessions with clients, utilizing an evidence-based approach to enhance their mental health and well-being.
• Encourage open dialogue by prompting clients to share their feelings and experiences, allowing them to gain deeper insights into their thoughts and relationships.
• Advocate for your clients by collaboratively defining their personal goals and creating actionable strategies to achieve them.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health status and develop individualized treatment plans based on your professional expertise and client needs.
• Utilize digital documentation and telehealth platforms effectively for record-keeping and progress tracking.

The primary focus of this role is to support adults experiencing stable and low-acuity mental health challenges. This may include clients dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or stress-related concerns. Your role will be instrumental in providing them with the tools necessary for self-improvement and management of their conditions, ultimately improving their overall quality of life.

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling.
• Current, independent licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• Demonstrated strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Ability to critically evaluate client situations and provide informed recommendations for treatment planning.
• Exceptional communication skills and an empathetic approach to client interactions.

• Experience in conducting clinical assessments and developing treatment plans.
• Familiarity with digital tools for teletherapy and e-health services.
• Prior experience working remotely in a counseling or mental health setting.

The compensation for this position ranges from $100,000 to $105,000 per year, depending on experience and hours worked. In addition to a competitive salary, full-time counselors at Tranquil Bliss are eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend, allowing for comprehensive health insurance coverage.
