Overview:
The ERP Reporting & Analytics Analyst role requires a creative thinker and execution-oriented individual that drives the organizational use of data through intuitive, efficient and insightful reporting and analytical solutions for Human Resources. This role is crucial in enhancing user experience, driving innovation and identifying opportunities in all spaces through capitalizing on the many uses of data in the ERP (Workday) ecosystem.
The primary duties and responsibilities of the ERP Reporting & Analytics Analyst are:
  • Enhance user experience through design and delivery of intuitive, user-friendly reports, dashboards and other tools that simplify data to solve complex problems
  • Continuously analyze and optimize Workday reporting capabilities via utilization of best practices and visualization to simplify reporting and maximize impact
  • Collaborate closely with HR teams to understand evolving needs and proactively develop solutions that enhance operations and experience
  • Empower end-users through documentation, education and best practices on existing tools and capabilities
  • Drive strategic insights by identifying trends, gasps and opportunities in all functional areas that offer actionable insight for optimization and growth
  • Stay up to date on ever-evolving best practices and new developments in Workday's reporting and Analytics space
  • Utilize Workday's full toolkit of reporting and analytics solutions to provide best-fit tools via Prism, Dashboards, Custom Reports, Discovery Boards and other Analytics offerings
  • Maintain data integrity standards and best practices

  • Bachelor's level degree required.
  • 2-5 years of Workday Analytics experience.
