- Collaborate closely with HR teams to understand evolving needs and proactively develop solutions that enhance operations and experience
- Empower end-users through documentation, education and best practices on existing tools and capabilities
- Drive strategic insights by identifying trends, gasps and opportunities in all functional areas that offer actionable insight for optimization and growth
- Stay up to date on ever-evolving best practices and new developments in Workday's reporting and Analytics space
- Utilize Workday's full toolkit of reporting and analytics solutions to provide best-fit tools via Prism, Dashboards, Custom Reports, Discovery Boards and other Analytics offerings
- Maintain data integrity standards and best practices
- Bachelor's level degree required.
- 2-5 years of Workday Analytics experience.
