Responsibilities
Drive strategic execution of complex, high-impact programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering measurable business outcomes. Lead cross-functional teams, manage interdependencies across multiple projects, and mitigate risks to ensure successful program delivery. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights, recommendations, and proactive solutions to drive operational excellence and innovation.
  • Strategic Program Leadership: Define and execute multi-project programs that align with business objectives, balancing scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
  • Executive Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with C-level executives, business leaders, and key stakeholders to establish priorities, set expectations, and drive decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Oversee and integrate efforts across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment between engineering, product, operations, and external vendors.
  • Risk & Change Management: Identify potential risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; develop and implement mitigation strategies while driving agility in program execution.
  • Financial Oversight: Own program budget, ensuring cost control, forecasting, and value optimization across all initiatives.
  • Process Optimization & Governance: Establish scalable program management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field as well as several years of professional and management experience in (IT) project management

Experience:
  • 10+ years of SAP program and project management experience, with a strong track record of delivering large-scale, multi-project initiatives
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, managing complex projects, influence senior executives, and drive organizational change.
  • Experience managing enterprise-wide SAP implementations or other complex technology-driven transformation programs.
  • Experience developing and executing program roadmaps, balancing long-term vision with tactical execution.
  • Ability to translate complex technical and business challenges into actionable strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines
  • Expertise in program governance, risk management, and change management.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies; certifications such as PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Six Sigma are a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
  • Familiarity with ITIL or other relevant service management frameworks.
  • Experience in budget planning and financial management for multi-million-dollar initiatives.
  • Deep experience with SAP implementations (or other ERP systems), including deployment strategy, change management, and post-go-live support.
  • Familiarity with emerging trends in digital transformation, cloud solutions, and enterprise IT landscapes.
  • Ability to mentor and develop project managers and team members, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Experience working in global, matrixed organizations with distributed teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, decision-making, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
  • Industry-specific experience in sectors such as automotive, aerospace, or manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP functional and technical aspects and/or SAP certifications (SAP PP, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP FICO, or relevant SAP modules) is strongly preferred.

The salary range for this role is $125,000-$165,000. However, it is important to note that at MHP, the compensation range is dependent on geographic location. Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, and skillset. MHP reviews compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness.
