• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' psychosocial status to identify issues related to mental health and wellbeing.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Utilize solution-focused therapies and cognitive behavioral strategies to assist clients in overcoming challenging situations.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring accurate documentation of client interactions and progress.
• Play an active role in case reviews with the interdisciplinary team, contributing insights to enhance the client care strategy.
• Keep abreast of the latest developments in social work practices and mental health research, applying this knowledge to improve service delivery.

You will primarily work with a diverse range of clients grappling with mental health issues, including major life transitions, PTSD, anxiety, and depressive disorders.
