Heartland Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and fully licensed Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our compassionate team. Key Responsibilities

As an LCSW at Heartland Wellness Center, you will engage in a variety of critical responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Performing thorough clinical assessments to identify patients' mental health needs and developing individualized treatment plans utilizing established best practices.
  • Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques, tailored to the specific needs of each client.
  • Maintaining legal and ethical compliance by accurately documenting clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.
  • Collaborating with an interdisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to coordinate integrated care for patients.
  • Participating actively in case consultations and peer review meetings, contributing insights that enhance treatment efficacy and clinical quality.
  • Educating patients and their families about mental health issues and effective treatment options, as well as providing information on community resources for additional support.
  • Staying informed about the latest research, trends, and developments in the mental health field and incorporating this knowledge into your clinical practice.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a diverse patient population, including individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • A valid and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience focused on providing psychotherapy services in a mental health setting.
  • Strong proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy methods and a commitment to evidence-based practices.
