This is a 100% remote position where therapists can work from the comfort of their homes or any location of their choice within the USA. Our telehealth facility employs cutting-edge technology to ensure seamless communication and care delivery. All clinical staff receive ongoing training and support, with opportunities to participate in case discussions that enhance collaborative approaches to client care.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Harmony Wellness, you will:

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions for adolescents and young adults, focusing on various mental health and substance use challenges.
• Utilize evidence-based methodologies tailored to the unique needs of each client, incorporating strategies to foster resilience and sustainable healing.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for each client interaction, ensuring adherence to professional standards and ethical guidelines.
• Engage in collaborative case discussions with fellow clinicians to share insights and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, including free continuing education units (CEUs) provided by the organization.

This role primarily serves adolescents and young adults grappling with mental health disorders, offering a range of therapeutic modalities that include cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and other integrative approaches. With a maximum of eight clients in a group setting, therapists can foster strong, trusting relationships that lead to impactful therapeutic outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Current licensing as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW, LCSW-R), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Availability to dedicate a minimum of 12 hours per week for part-time contract roles, or a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week for W2 positions, including some evening and weekend availability.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative and flexible mindset in a remote environment.
