Saint Louis Counseling LLC is seeking a driven and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team in a fully remote capacity. As a vital part of our outpatient service delivery, you will leverage evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help clients navigate their mental health challenges. This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary range of $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements while maintaining a strong sense of team camaraderie. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, providing care that ranges from traditional therapy sessions to innovative treatment modalities. The operational hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility in scheduling to meet patient needs.

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to develop individualized treatment plans, utilizing solution-focused interventions and evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Implement various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), facilitating effective coping strategies and personal growth.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA guidelines, ensuring accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to enhance the quality of client care.
• Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings, focusing on constructive feedback and shared learning to improve therapeutic practices.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, empowering them with knowledge about treatment options and available resources for additional support.
• Commit to ongoing professional development by staying informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health care.

Our practice caters to a diverse population, ranging from adolescents to adults, with varying mental health needs. You will support clients facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, and other psychological disorders. This role emphasizes a client-centered approach, recognizing the uniqueness of each individual’s experiences and struggles.

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Possession of an active license to practice as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R in New York State.
• Demonstrated capability in utilizing solution-based and psychotherapeutic interventions tailored to individual client needs.
