As part of a remote outpatient facility, you will conduct sessions using state-of-the-art video conferencing technology, ensuring a seamless and engaging therapeutic experience for your clients. • Conduct weekly synchronous video sessions to deliver evidence-based therapy catered to adults experiencing various emotional and behavioral disorders.
• Create, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that address issues related to family relationships, personal struggles, and behavioral challenges.
• Utilize video conferencing software effectively to connect with clients, ensuring high engagement and a supportive therapeutic environment during each session.
• Facilitate the development of coping strategies and problem-solving skills tailored for both individuals and families, empowering them to address their challenges constructively.
• Perform comprehensive assessments of clients’ emotional and mental health needs to make accurate diagnoses and develop targeted treatment strategies.

Your expertise will serve a diverse clientele, primarily adults seeking help with emotional disorders, family conflicts, and relationship-related issues. You will work collaboratively with clients from varied backgrounds, emphasizing personalized approaches to care that acknowledge their unique circumstances and promote their overall well-being.

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current and valid LMFT license to practice in your state.
• Minimum of three years of experience working as a Marriage and Family Therapist, with evidence of effectiveness in treatment outcomes.
• Proficiency in digital technologies, including video conferencing software, to deliver therapy effectively; prior telehealth experience is highly advantageous.
• In-depth knowledge of diagnostic principles, treatment modalities, and rehabilitation techniques related to mental health issues.

• Experience utilizing virtual reality or other innovative technology in therapy settings.
• Familiarity with behavior modification techniques and best practices in teletherapy.
• Expertise in multicultural counseling practices and sensitivity to diverse client needs.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer:
