Youll work closely with both clients and travel partners to coordinate bookings, answer inquiries, and handle administrative tasks related to trip planning, allowing for a seamless and stress-free travel experience.

Key Responsibilities Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and budget requirements. Coordinate flight, accommodation, and transportation bookings using online tools. Maintain accurate client profiles, itineraries, and payment details in a digital database.

Support senior coordinators and travel consultants with administrative scheduling and logistical research.
