Responsibilities

  • Conduct inbound prospecting by responding to leads generated through various marketing channels, such as website inquiries, demo requests, and event registrations and live chat systems
  • Perform outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach, to reach potential customers and initiate conversations about EyeQ Monitoring's solutions
  • Research and identify target accounts and key decision-makers within those organizations to tailor outreach efforts effectively.
  • Nurture and qualify leads through active communication to assess their needs and fit for our products and services
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and provide necessary background information for a seamless transition.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage prospecting activities, track interactions, and update lead status accurately
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market insights to better understand customers' pain points and position EyeQ Monitoring's offerings effectively
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales development targets, contributing significantly to the overall sales growth


Requirements

Required Qualities & Skillset

  • Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or a similar role in the technology industry, preferably in monitoring solutions
  • Familiarity with inbound and outbound prospecting techniques and a successful track record in generating qualified leads
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage prospects through various communication channels
  • Strong research and analytical skills to identify target accounts and decision-makers within those organizations
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated individual with a passion for sales and a drive to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage prospecting activities and track lead interactions
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of monitoring solutions and related technologies is a plus but not required; a willingness to learn and adapt is essential
