Technology plays a key role, as remote vendor managers often use digital tools to track performance and collaborate with internal teams.

What are some common challenges in remote vendor management and how are they addressed?

One of the primary challenges in Remote Vendor Management is maintaining strong relationships and clear communication with vendors who may be located in different regions or time zones.
