Job description

  • Manage telecom expense and contract management practices for telco based voice, data, and cellular services as well as telecom lifecycle vendor management.
  • Responsible for managing complex billing, multi million dollars budget management, Internal customer management.
  • Responsible for wireless, data, and voice optimizations, vendor contract analysis, benchmarks wireless rates, ensures quality control, and performs periodic inventory management.
  • Manage and support global billing process from multiple telco vendors.
  • Measure, monitor and analyse telco carriers performance against established Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.
  • Manage and monitor TEM vendor performance to defined SLA’s.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of mobility, data and voices, services inventory, accounts, and invoices.
  • Analyse telecom invoices for audits, disputes, adjustments, approvals, payments and disputes.
  • Perform telecom vendor invoice review to ensure adherence to Contract or Statement of Work on a monthly or quarterly basis as indicated.
  • Interface with TEM services provider to align with monthly budget spend, accruals, resolve issues, and manage account activities/performance.
  • Conducts cost-benefit analysis to consolidate and streamline current and new operations. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies to reduce overall operational cost.
  • Identify cost savings opportunities through historical spend review and analysing utilization reports.
  • Manage and track bills to verify data accuracy and integrity to eliminate billing errors.
  • Liaison between internal employees, responding to and resolving inquiries concerning service, operations and billing questions.
  • Works with other internal customers, departments and business units to ensure constant communication on statuses, issues and deadlines.
  • Manage high-volume transaction environment that requires great attention to detail and superior analytical skills.
  • Knowledge and experience in financial Analysis and Accounts Payable.
  • Advanced Excel and/or Tableau skills (large data file manipulation, vlookup, pivot tables, etc).
  • Bachelors degree in business, computer science and telecommunication and minimum 7 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree and minimum 5-6 years experience in telco industry and/or in the Telecom financials Management (TEM)
