Overview

The Marketing & Sales Optimization Analyst is an entrylevel role responsible for supporting the daily operations of Lakeviewโ€™s lead management and contact center systems. This position manages core tasks including Velocify support, user configuration updates, newhire setup activities, and recurring reporting for Sales and Operations. The role offers broad exposure to mortgage, marketing, sales operations, and contact center technology, providingย a strong foundationย for future growth as the analyst develops skills and begins contributing to larger projects. The pay range for this position is $65k-75k.


Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage the shared Velocify support inbox; triage requests, resolve basic issues, and escalate complex cases as needed.ย 
  • Assistย in documenting system updates, support procedures, and user enablement materials.ย 
  • Collaborate with the Marketing/Sales Optimizationย teamย to manage theย configuration,ย maintenance, and enhancement of the Velocify lead management system.ย 
  • Assistย with the day-to-dayย operations of the call center by monitoringย call quality andย leadย dispositionย data.ย 
  • Manage and update user configurations in Zoom Phone/contact center platforms, ensuring users are placed in the correct queues and receiveย appropriate callย flows.ย 
  • Run and distribute daily lead, call, and SMS reporting for Sales and Operations.ย 
  • Validate data accuracy andย identifyย discrepancies, escalating issues whenย appropriate.ย 
  • Assistย with ad hoc data requests to support business inquiries.ย 
  • Evaluate lead, call, and pipeline activity of MLOs to drive performance improvement.ย 
  • Complete account setup and credentialing as well as provide support to new and existing usersย acrossย CD Originations.ย ย 
  • Provide employees with systems and process workflow resources and otherย support materials.ย 
  • Present continuing education material to seasoned MLOs to ensure new features and enhancements are effectively rolled out.ย 
  • Partnersย with Sales,ย Ops, IT, and Marketing as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.ย 
  • Support onย project related tasks such as user acceptance testing or data validation for configuration changes.ย 
  • Help gather information needed for system updates, routing adjustments, or ongoing operational improvements.ย 
  • Other duties as assigned.ย ย 

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required;ย Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldย preferred,ย or equivalent experienceย 
  • 0โ€“2 years of experience in marketing, sales operations, business analytics, contact center operations, or a related field preferred.ย 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.ย 
  • Proficiencyย in MS Excel; familiarity with PowerPoint/PowerBIย is a plus.ย
