Join us!Job Description Summary:The Floating Assistant Property Manager is responsible for assisting in the overall operations of 6 Atlantic Pacific properties located within a 5-mile radius in Miami, FL. Their day-to-day will consist of the implementation of policies, procedures and programs that ensure a well-managed, well-maintained buildings. The Floating Assistant Manager will be asked to assume greater responsibilities, as well as knowledge of all aspects of property management. The Floating Assistant Property Manager will be well versed in RealPage, LIHTC, and Affordable Housing operations.Responsibilities:Travel between properties to assist in day-to-day operations as needed.Answer telephones and provide leasing information, schedule appointments for tours, take maintenance requests, assist residents with needs, etc.Works closely with the Property Manager at each site to learn all aspects of management, including administrative and financial duties. Assist in the handling of resident service request and various concerns as required.Manage the collection of rent and submit notices as required.Physically walk and inspect property on a daily basis, checks on vacant apartments.Assists with creating monthly reports including but not limited to renewals, rents, leasing, traffic and resident retention programs HUD/LIHTC compliance paperwork accurately and timely.Several administrative duties.Requirements:One year of LIHTC/Affordable housing experience required.Bilingual in both English and Spanish required.RealPage experience required.Proficient in internet software; systems software Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook).
