A Quality Facility Services (AQFS) is looking for a motivated Floating Supervisor to support operations across multiple buildings in the Canton area. If you're a strong leader who enjoys helping teams succeed, solving problems, and staying active throughout the day - we want to hear from you!
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll travel between facilities, support staff, maintain quality standards, and help ensure our clients receive exceptional service.
What You'll Do
Travel to different facilities and supervise daily operations
Lead, coach, and motivate cleaning staff
Help with cleaning duties when needed
Conduct inspections and final walkthroughs
Handle customer concerns professionally
Monitor labor hours and productivity
Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment
Run team huddles and communicate updates clearly
Identify employees with leadership potential
Help improve efficiency and team performance
What We're Looking For
Reliable transportation & valid driver's license
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work independently and multitask
Attention to detail and accountability
Previous supervisor or leadership experience preferred
Janitorial/facility services experience is a plus
Experience managing labor and supplies preferred
