Job description

Job Title: Floating Caregiver / Field Supervisor (Full-Time)
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Location: Serving senior clients throughout McHenry County (Crystal Lake Office)
Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a compassionate, dependable, and flexible Floating Caregiver / Field Supervisor to join our team. This full-time position involves providing in-home care services to senior clients throughout McHenry County, while also supporting the office with field visits, caregiver support, and occasional community outreach/marketing efforts during downtime.
The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and comfortable working with a wide range of client care needs while also assisting with supervisory responsibilities in the field.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide in-home care services including personal and routine care for senior clients based on plan of care
  • Provide support to clients with dementia, Alzheimer's, bed-bound care, and other complex care needs
  • Be comfortable working in a variety of home environments, including hoarder situations when necessary
  • Travel throughout McHenry County to assist with client coverage as needed
  • Conduct field visits to client homes to ensure quality of care and client satisfaction
  • Provide support and guidance to caregivers in the field when necessary
  • Maintain accurate documentation of visits and care provided
  • Assist with community marketing events, senior outreach, and networking opportunities during downtime
  • Communicate effectively with office staff regarding client updates and concerns

Schedule:
  • Full-Time
  • Monday through Friday
  • 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver's License

  • Comfortable working with various cases including dementia, Alzheimer's, bed-bound clients, hoarding environments, and personal care needs
  • Bilingual is a plus
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
