  • Plan, manage, and optimize integrated marketing initiatives across Paid Search, SEO, and Paid/Unpaid Social Media.
  • Ensure alignment across channels to support full-funnel objectives, including awareness, lead generation, conversion, and business outcomes.
  • Serve as a unifying point of coordination across Paid and Organic efforts to build cohesiveness and increase efficiency.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the AVP of Paid Search and Enrollment Marketing and the AVP of SEO, supporting execution of AI-enabled, automated, and data-driven strategies.
  • Lead complex, cross-channel initiatives through completion, ensuring timelines, priorities, and outcomes are met.
  • Support co-ownership of Social Media strategies (Paid and Unpaid) in partnership with both AVPs.
  • Provide senior-level analytical oversight across channels, translating complex performance data into actionable insights.
  • Improve analytics and reporting frameworks to enhance clarity, consistency, and decision-making.
  • Support full-funnel measurement and performance optimization.
  • Lead routine agency performance management processes, including goal alignment, performance reviews, and optimization discussions.
  • Ensure agencies operate against clear strategic objectives and KPIs, reducing tactical burden on AVP leadership.
  • Conduct and maintain competitive tracking and analysis across Paid, Organic, and Social channels.
  • Monitor industry trends, platform changes, and emerging best practices to inform strategy.
  • Partner with internal teams, including admissions, operations, analytics, content, and web, to ensure marketing efforts align with organizational goals.
  • Support consistent communication and alignment across stakeholders.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing with exposure to Paid Search, SEO, and Social Media.
  • Experience managing agencies or external partners.
  • Experience working with AI-driven marketing platforms and automated media systems.
  • Full-funnel performance and conversion optimization experience.
  • Experience in highly regulated or performance-driven industries.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Outlook, and Word) and data entry.
  • Experience with GA4, Google Ads, MetaAds, marketing automation software, CRM software (Velocify and Anthology are a plus).
