About the Position

Are you a problem-solver with a passion for helping others? We're looking for a dedicated Dutch-speaking Customer Expert to join the Daimler Truck team. In this vital role, you'll be the first point of contact for truck drivers and customers, providing essential roadside assistance and comprehensive customer service. You'll handle a variety of inquiries, from urgent breakdown support to general product and service questions, ensuring a smooth and efficient resolution for every customer. This is a dynamic role where your quick thinking and empathetic approach will make a real difference.

This is an 8-month contract opportunity, offering valuable experience with a global automotive leader.

Please note: While this role is primarily remote, candidates based in Athens will follow a hybrid model, including 2 weeks of on-site nesting and occasional client visits, audits, or workshops (4-5 days every 2-3 months).

Requirements

Native or C1 level proficiency in Dutch, ensuring seamless communication with our customers.

B2 level proficiency in English, essential for training, CRM system navigation, and handling escalations.

While no prior experience is strictly required, previous experience in a call center, mail handling, or roadside assistance is a significant advantage.

Familiarity with knowledge systems and information research will help you excel.

Strong PC knowledge, including MS Office, to efficiently manage tasks.

A typing speed of at least 25 words per minute with 85% accuracy.

A basic understanding of vehicle roadside assistance procedures.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and emails related to truck breakdowns, providing calm and effective support.

Accurately create and manage cases within the CRM system, verifying customer, vehicle, and location details.

Analyze breakdown situations and efficiently dispatch the appropriate assistance, coordinating with dealers, technicians, or third-party providers.

Handle a diverse range of customer inquiries and complaints across multiple channels, from product information to service appointments and repair issues.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering professional, timely, and empathetic service.

Utilize various internal tools and systems to document interactions and resolve customer issues effectively.
