FP&A Analyst
Location: Remote (Must reside in FL, GA, NC, or SC)
Salary: $80,000โ€“$100,000 | Full-time

Key Responsibilities of the FP&A Analyst:

  • The FP&A Analyst will support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes across multiple healthcare entities
  • Prepare monthly financial reporting packages, variance analyses, and KPI dashboards for leadership
  • Analyze operational and financial performance trends to identify risks and opportunities
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations and accounting teams to support accurate financial reporting and business insights
  • Assist with board, lender, and private equity reporting requirements
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, acquisitions, and operational decision-making
  • The FP&A Analyst will support month-end close analysis and ensure accuracy of financial data
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and financial visibility
  • Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed

Qualifications for the FP&A Analyst:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (required)
    2+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance experience within private equity-backed and/or healthcare organizations (required)
  • Experience supporting multi-entity organizations strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Advanced Excel skills required; experience with ERP and financial reporting systems preferred
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Must be based in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, or South Carolina
